I am a lawyer qualified in the People's Republic of China, working with clients whose matters cross borders — Chinese companies expanding overseas, and overseas clients who need the China side of a transaction or dispute handled well.

My practice focuses on cross-border and outbound investment, carbon and product compliance for exporters, and cross-border commercial disputes and enforcement, including between mainland China and Hong Kong.

I work closely with a network of trusted local counsel in other jurisdictions, so clients get a single, accountable point of contact for the China end and coordinated support on the ground.
